The customer service provide was exemplary. It started with my Sales Representative who came well out of her way to meet with me, but it didn't end there. The owner of the company reached out to me personally along the way to ensure I was pleased with the progress and to answer any questions I might have. My project manager went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. She kept me updated on each step along the way, and delivered on each promise made. From start to finish, my project took less than three weeks to complete, during the holiday season, and with several rainy days to boot. By comparison, my neighbors on either side took a least five months from start of the project to actually turning on the system. I was made to feel like I mattered, that I was not just another nameless, faceless person, but a valued client. I was never left wondering what was happening next or when it would happen.  I'm just amazed by this experience."
